- Aquarius – 1 pet under 10 lbs
- Connemara – Cats only
- Reaches – 1 under 10 lbs
- Capri – 2 pets under 10 lbs
- Martinique – 1 pet under 20 lbs
- Oasis – Each unit owner(regardless of joint ownership or occupants) may contain 2 household pets, both not to exceed a total of 50 pounds. (Ex: One 50 pound dog, or two dogs of 25 pounds, etc.) However, the following breeds (or mix of breeds) will not be permitted at all: American Pit Bull Terriers, Dobermans, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, St Bernard’s.
Pets may only be kept on the condominium property if they are not bred or maintained for any commercial purpose; provided they do not become a nuisance or annoyance to neighbors, and are registered with the association. - Seawinds – 1 pet under 20 lbs
- The Resort – Limited to 2 dogs, not more than 40 lbs each.
- Via Delfino – Limits up to two dogs, but does not limit weight.
