The Capri, built in 1985, is a property containing 28 units. It is a 16 story tower with two units per floor that offer beautiful, panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. This property contains a plethora of amenities including garage parking, his and her saunas, a heated pool, tennis court, shuffle board court and a library. The units are 2,250 square feet, very spacious, and offer two bedrooms with a den or a formal dining room. The Capri is one of few properties on Singer Island that allow their residents to have pets – however, the pets must be below 10 pounds. Nonetheless, you can enjoy the beautiful views while enjoying the company of your pets… Its a win-win!
